These terms apply to the loomi.fyi launch email list, operated by Loomi ([email protected]). By submitting your email at loomi.fyi, you agree to receive a single launch notification when the Loomi app becomes available on iPhone. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to that email or writing to us.

What we collect

When you submit the signup form we record:

• Your email address.
• The time you signed up and the position on the page you signed up from (e.g. hero or footer) — used to understand which parts of the page convert.
• Your browser's user agent and the referring page, used solely for spam filtering and analytics.

We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or any payment information at this stage. Joining the list does not involve a purchase.

How we use your email

Your email is used to send a single launch announcement and any follow-up directly relevant to that launch (for example, a backup link if the original email is undelivered). We do not run drip campaigns, behavioural sequences, or promotional emails. We do not sell, rent, share, or licence your address to any third party.

To send and store your address we use Resend (resend.com) for email delivery and Supabase (supabase.com) for storage, both as data processors acting under our direction. Neither has the right to use your address for their own purposes. Anonymised page-view counts are collected via Vercel Web Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics, neither of which uses cookies or fingerprinting.

Your rights

You may at any time:

• Unsubscribe by replying to any email from us or by writing to [email protected].
• Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Request permanent deletion of all data we hold about you. We will action this within 30 days.

No purchase here

Joining the list is not a purchase or a commitment to purchase. Prices shown on loomi.fyi (Annual: $12.99/mo billed $155.88/yr with a 3-day free trial; Monthly: $15.99/mo; Lifetime: $179) are the intended App Store prices at launch; they are not a binding offer and may change. Any actual purchase happens in the app through Apple's App Store after launch.

Trademark and code-of-conduct notices

"Loomi" and the Loomi eye logo are trademarks of Loomi, the company operating loomi.fyi. All other trademarks referenced on this page or in the app — including National Electrical Code, NEC, and any related identifiers — remain the property of their respective owners.

Loomi is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the publisher of the National Electrical Code, nor by any state or municipal licensing body.

Limitation of liability

Content on loomi.fyi and in the Loomi app is provided for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for the official National Electrical Code as published by NFPA. Always verify code references against the published edition in force in your jurisdiction. Loomi accepts no liability for examination outcomes or for work performed in reliance on information delivered through this service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected in the launch email or in subsequent communication to your registered address.
